I cannot recommend Powell & Co Property management enough, especially Bev Sullivan. She has been so friendly and helpful; in fact, nothing is too much trouble. Communication and speed at getting things sorted, if there as ever been an issue, has been super quick and efficient. For both renters and potential landlord this company and Bev are your people.

Have had Bev as a property manager a few years now and one of the best we've had in our 12 years of renting. Super responsive, considerate, professional and genuine. Very quick to get onto issues around the property. Lovely in person as well.

I would highly recommend Charmaine as a property manager. She has always been honest and fair and I can trust what she says. She works for me looking after my property and she is also fair with the tenants.

We currently rent our property under Bev from Powell & Co and have been very happy with the service so far. Having dealt with not so great landlords in past it’s been quite refreshing to have a landlord who is responsive, friendly and gets onto matters quickly. We have had a few issues where maintenance/repairs were required and Bev has always been quick to respond to us and organise contractors. Maintenance is handled through a simple online process that goes directly to the landlord so makes it very easy to raise matters.Overall, effective property management from Bev and Powell & Co who work in the best interest of both the property owner and the tenants.

We have worked with Powell & Co for a number of years now and have always found the whole team absolutely fantastic to work with. Keith has a brilliant team, and we have worked especially closely with Charmaine, Bev and Natalie, who are all absolute gems to work for. Excellent property managers, and even more importantly, excellent people who genuinely care about their tenants and the properties they look after. Highly recommended.

Bev Sullivan is an amazing property manager, she responds to emails and maintenance concerns very quickly, and is very kind, professional and considerate. The times I have met her I have always enjoyed and appreciated her company, she has made my first ever flatting experience so lovely and I feel very looked after :).

Our properties have been managed by Powell & Co and it’s predecessor for many years, although we received professional service, but there was a period of rapidly changing property managers for a few years, which degraded our experience!However, our current property manager, Max Li, has been by far the best we have had! He is prompt/proactive with all matters concerning our 5 very old rentals and goes the extra mile for us each and every time!We are grateful that he personally attends all major repairs/maintenances, which meant that we have been able to retain our tenants and successful in every insurance claim!
