Karen Bossom
Senior Property Manager
Prior to getting started in property management, Karen worked for 12 years in the finance sector, giving her an extensive background in administration and communication services. She has spent the last seven years building strong relationships with her landlords and tenants and providing a high standard of service, whilst achieving her Level 4 Residential Property Management certificate.
Rae Lummis
Business Development Manager
Rae has an extensive financial and investigative background and like to approach any situation with positivity and integrity, you can ensure your property is in good hands with her. Professional service and timely communication are her strong suits and will strongly benefit you during the management of your property.
Anita O’Brien
Property Manager
Anita is an experienced property manager with extensive knowledge of Wellington and its suburbs. Max Li
Property Manager
Max is an experienced property manager, having worked for over six years in both commercial and residential management. Max’s outgoing and can-do attitude, along with his communication and problem-solving skills ensures that any concerns from tenants are dealt to with care and consideration. He is bilingual and speaks both English and Chinese which is a great asset in Wellington’s multicultural city.

Bev brings over fifteen years’ experience in property management and real estate to Powell & Co Property Management. She is known to be an effective communicator and problem solver and is passionate about building relationships with owners and tenants alike. Her number one priority is to provide an outstanding service in a professional and stress-free manner that will get results and help you get the most out of your rental investment.
Natalie Depczynski
Property Manager
While studying hospitality management in Wellington Natalie worked as a receptionist/PA in a Property Management firm, before catching the bug and earning the role of Property Manager at that firm. She has now been in real estate/property management for about six years and has comprehensive experience in this area. Natalie enjoys the diversity of each day and the people you meet in this job. She believes in the importance of treating everyone equally – tenants today could be our landlords/clients tomorrow.
Lorraine Allison
Office Manager
Lorraine as office manager is responsible for the overall coordination of office procedures and uses her organizational skills to ensure smooth operations in a busy work environment. Her focus is delivering strong financial results, cost saving strategies, process streamlining, resource management and excellent customer service, all which make her an integral part of our team.

Committed to delivering high-quality service every day, Melinda has worked in property management for five years.
